This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your purchase. By clicking the “accept” button after reviewing this Agreement, you (i) accept this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and (ii) represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to agree to this Agreement. Failure to meet these conditions removes all warranties associated with the Giveaway. By your acceptance, a binding contract is formed between the Firm and you in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO US RESIDENTS ONLY.

Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry, and only open to Florida residents who are seeking an uncontested dissolution of marriage. The winner must be able to prove they have been a Florida resident for at least (6) months prior to entering this giveaway with either a valid Florida Driver’s License or Florida state Identification card. The winner must also be in agreement with their spouse to move forward with filing the divorce and entering into a Marital Settlement Agreement and/or Parenting Plan if applicable. The winner must also be able to pay for any associated out of pocket costs including but not limited to Clerk of Court filing fees and summons costs. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Participant  (“You”) agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Law Firm as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.

Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on August 7^th, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. EST and ending September 7^th, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. EST. Winners will be notified by September 14^th, 2024.

Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Giveaway (the “Winner”) will receive all of the documents needed to file for an uncontested divorce in the State of Florida valued at $4000.00. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the law firm. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. Winner must meet all qualifications, including showing a valid Florida driver’s license. The prize is nontransferable. Any prize-related expenses, court-related fees shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Subject to third-party costs and pricing

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the law firm. Winner will be notified directly by email or telephone.  The firm shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (AT FIRM’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

Terms & Conditions: The firm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Firm’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, the Firm may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Firm. The firm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.  Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such attempt be made, the Firm reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Firm and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

Disputes: THIS Giveaway IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND FLORIDA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Florida having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
